Cobham Colts Under 14s - 2008/09 ....
Congratulations to the U14s for finshing runners-up in the first season back in the top Divsion. It's a great achievement - well done to all the players and coaches.

1 March 2009: Woodcombe Youth 3 - 2 Cobham Colts U14
There was a near miss in the first 5 mins. Then Richard Baker scored for Cobham. Woodcombe scored just before half-time, followed by a disallowed Cobham goal due to an offside. In the second half, Woodcombe started well by scoring a penalty, and followed it with a goal towards the end. But Dave Rayfield for Cobham got a goal before full time. A good effort from both sides but Woodcombe just had the edge today .
22 Feb 2009: Cobham 1 v 3 Anchorians
This League Cup semi-final game started with fast attacking from both sides. The first half very evenly matched and at half time it was 0-0.
There were a lot of shots saved by the Colts goalie Ben Jewiss. However, Anchorians scored and added another two after that. The colts played on bravely untill the last 5 minutes when substitute Blake Palmer scored to make the score 3-1 , from a pass from Amol Singh .
The teams were well matched but the Phoenix proved victorious to take the final place after a hard fought match from the Colts!
Cobham ended their season with a terrific 5-2 win. David Rayfield scored a hat-trick, Amol Singh scored, and then Michael Rossiter put a lovelly header in right at the end, Riverview fought to contain the match scoring 2 goals, but Cobham were triumphant and ended second in the 1st Division U14s, a brilliant achievement for there first year in Division 1.
